Refund policy

Every GridironGoodsCo item is printed to order just for you.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Change of mind or wrong size: because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Lost package: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will help.

Cancellations: orders go to print quickly. Contact us as soon as possible; if printing has not started we will cancel and refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. To start a claim, use our contact page.
